Mark Tolbert has researched and written extensively on the public evangelistic invitation. Since completing his doctoral studies on this subject he has continued to be a student and an advocate of clear, compelling and Spirit-directed proclamation and invitations. He also has championed "The Monday Morning Prayer," beginning each week with a Matthew 9:38 petition for opportunities to share the gospel with the lost.
Dr. Tolbert has served as a collegiate minister, church staff member and pastor before joining the faculty of 稳定的十大彩票网站. He continues to serve churches as Interim Pastor.
