For over 30 years, Johann has served the music ministry of local churches in various cultures, church sizes, musical expressions, and settings. Currently, Johann Acuña serves as the Worship Pastor at Broadmoor Baptist Church in Madison, MS. In addition to serving and equipping the local church, Johann is passionate about discipling musicians and creatives, as well as preparing the next generation of church leaders.
Johann received a Bachelor of Music Degree from Baylor University (2009), a Master of Divinity degree from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary (2020), and a Doctor of Education degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary (2024).
Johann & his wife, Aubrey, have been married since 2014 and are blessed with three children – Benjamin, Lucas, and Daniel.
